Status: Placeholder — final Privacy Policy will be published once delivered by Bask Health (target 2026-05-18). Bask is our clinical workflow + EHR + payment processing partner and acts as the covered entity under HIPAA; their Privacy Policy will govern patient data handling.

Until then: we collect minimal information through the eligibility quiz on our home page (first name, email, US state, basic health screening answers). We hand this off to Bask once the integration is live; in the interim we hold it in our database for <30 days for handoff/debugging only.
