I created Zanason after my sisters were scammed by a fake online doctor and my own ‘premium’ insurance denied me for GLP-1 medication despite qualifying. I waited two months for an appointment, cried from embarrassment explaining I needed help with weight loss, and still got denied.

They said I needed to be in a weight loss program for 6 months… huh? Getting help shouldn’t be this hard.

  • We're a platform connecting you to licensed medical providers. Every consultation is with a licensed provider who makes the medical decisions. We're the access layer, not the medical layer — which is how it should be.

  • No. We don't take insurance, which is exactly why we can say yes when insurance says no. The price includes everything you need: consultation, care, medication, supplies, and shipping — no hidden fees.

  • No. Bilingual intake means you choose. We get it whether you prefer English, Spanish, or Spanglish.

  • You can cancel anytime from your account in the patient portal, or email us at hola@zanason.com. No hoops to jump through.

  • Most states allow async intake — you fill out the questionnaire, provider reviews it. Some states require a quick video chat. We'll tell you upfront, no surprises.

  • It's prescription medicine made for you by a licensed pharmacist, customized to your dose. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies in the US. These medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products, and they have not undergone FDA review for safety, efficacy, or quality.

    The decision to use compounded medication is guided by your provider's medical judgment based on your telehealth consultation and medical history. We encourage you to speak with your provider about the specific risks and benefits.

    Zanason does not produce compounded medications. They come from our licensed pharmacy partners and may look different than what's pictured on our site.
