Promotional Offer Terms
These terms describe our first-month promotional offer, the standard recurring price, and your cancellation and refund rights.
Promotional price and transition to standard price
Zanason offers a first-month promotional price of $179. This is a first-month-only promotional price. Starting month two, your subscription automatically renews at the standard price of $249/month (the 'Standard Price'). This price is clearly disclosed before you enter your payment method, on the checkout page, and in the pre-payment confirmation.
Informed consent and auto-renewal
By entering your payment method, you give affirmative consent to monthly auto-renewal at the Standard Price. This consent is timestamped in our audit system, as required by ROSCA (15 USC §8403) and, for California residents, the Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. §17602).
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime, with no penalty, from your account at zanason.com or by emailing hola@zanason.com. WhatsApp cancellations do not count as official cancellations — always confirm by email or from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
If you cancel after the first charge but before medication ships, we refund 100%. If the medication has already shipped, see the full Refund Policy — already-dispensed medication is not refundable due to pharmacy rules.
Advertised results — not typical
Results shown in our advertising are not typical. Weight loss varies based on your health, adherence to the plan, diet, physical activity, and many other medical factors. We do not promise a specific outcome. GLP-1s are a medical treatment — not a cure.
