Effective date: 2026-05-29 Owner: Zanason (operator of zanason.com)
This page is provided to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"). It explains what personal information Zanason collects, how we use it, and how you can exercise your rights.
We do not sell your personal information
Zanason does not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months, as those terms are defined under CCPA.
We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
Zanason does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as that term is defined under CCPA.
We use a small set of third-party services (analytics, error monitoring, transactional email) to operate the Site. Where any of these services involve a transfer of personal information that could be characterized as a "sale" or "share" under CCPA, we configure them in a way that disables that behavior or relies on a service-provider contractual exception.

- Cookies and similar technologies. First-party cookies for site functionality and a small number of analytics cookies described in our Privacy Policy.

- Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share, but the right exists).
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide the service you requested).
