DMCA Policy
Effective date: 2026-05-29 Owner: Zanason (operator of zanason.com)
Zanason respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §512 ("DMCA").
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe that material on zanason.com infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice ("DMCA Notice") to our designated agent at the address below. Your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, for multiple works, a representative list).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material — typically a direct URL on zanason.com.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Notices that are knowingly materially false may subject the sender to liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted to zanason.com was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against you within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers, consistent with 17 U.S.C. §512(i).
