Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited conduct on zanason.com and any related services we operate (the "Site"). It applies to anyone who visits, registers on, or otherwise uses the Site. This AUP does not address the use of any medication or treatment, which is governed separately by your clinical relationship with your prescribing provider.
You agree not to
- Misrepresent yourself. Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when filling out forms (intake, contact, waitlist, partnership, press), including using another person's name, email address, or phone number.
- Access the Site by automated means. Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site by any automated tool, script, bot, or other means that does not honor
robots.txtor stated rate limits, except for well-known search-engine crawlers identifying themselves accurately. - Interfere with the Site. Attempt to disable, overload, damage, or impair the Site or the network connecting it; introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or related infrastructure without our prior written permission.
- Bypass access controls. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Site, including authentication, rate limiting, or access controls; access any account, data, or system you are not authorized to access.
- Harass other users or our team. Send communications through the Site (forms, chat, email channels we publish) that are abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe others' rights. Upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes a copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, privacy right, or other proprietary right of any third party.
- Violate the law. Use the Site in any manner that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Misuse health information. Use the Site or any data obtained from the Site to attempt to identify, contact, or solicit any user in a manner that violates that user's privacy or health-information rights, including HIPAA where applicable.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Site. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
- Frame or mirror the Site. Frame, mirror, or otherwise replicate substantial portions of the Site without our prior written permission.
Consequences of violation
If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions, with or without notice:
- Block your IP address or otherwise restrict your access to the Site.
- Suspend or terminate any account associated with the violation.
- Remove or disable content associated with the violation.
- Refer the matter to law enforcement or pursue civil remedies, including injunctive relief.
We reserve all rights and remedies available at law or in equity.
Reporting violations
To report a violation of this AUP, email admin@zanason.com with the subject line "AUP Violation" and a description of the conduct, including URLs, timestamps, and any other supporting detail.
Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
